post3- Pokemon Colosseum for gamecube

Pokemon Colosseum which i was hoping would have been like Pokemon stadium 1, 2 for the n64.
because if you got bored of the battles you always had the mini games to do which were always fun for my cousin and I. but either way what they lacked in Colosseum they made up for in a story similar to the Pokemon ruby and sapphire. except your trying to capture the shadow Pokemon and purify them. it will be a good game to beat once maybe twice. But i think i will mainly stick to using the features of player vs player or players vs comp battling.

reasons i purchased it
1. so me and my cousin could battle each other.

Pros-
1. new story different then the other games.
2. new Pokemon can have your Pokemon from sapphire and ruby put on the game.
3. can trade rare Pokemon not normally found on ruby and sapphire from pokemon colosseum.
4. theirs a 100 trainer battle challenge which is pretty fun.

Cons-
1. no mini games which is a bit disappointing since mini games were always fun to play.
2. pretty short story line.

final conclusion 3.5/5
Although the Pros out weigh the Cons it can get pretty boring without the mini games.
I will still recommend getting it pretty cheap about 11-12$ it is worth the price.
But if you were only going to buy and play it for mini games then this not the product for you.
I would recommend getting Pokemon stadium 1 or 2 for the n64.
around my 10-20th review ill do Pokemon stadium 1 and 2 reviews for you. Back to topic I would say I probably would beat it at least once every year or 2. To me it was not one of those games that i could play for weeks on end.

I take no responsibility if you purchase a copy of the product stated above and it is defective.

Reason why i place these disclaimers because people may say i took your advice and bought a product. But when i got it, It was not working. so they will try to blame it on me.
when a product is defective
1. first check and see if it needs cleaning.
2. check and see if it has warranty if you got it at gamestop you usually got a 30 day warranty on used products. if so take it back to get another copy.
3. if its still not working try another one of your games. because then it maybe your system and not the game.

post2- action replay max for gba/sp

Recently i purchased off of amazon.com a brand new action replay max for about 32 dollars with shipping included. After few days with the product i find its much easier/faster to enter the codes in the action replay then the gamesharks. Also, it allows me to have fun messing with the games i have for it. Although, i would not recommend using it unless you beat the games normally as much as i have or you just do not posses the time to beat it normally.

Reasons why i bought it.
1. Just beat pokemon sapphire again, and gold sun 1 and 2 countless more times.
2. if all possible my cousin and i may battle each other on pokemon Colosseum.
3. give me more entertainment with my games.

Pros vs Cons

Pros
1. Got most my favorite pokemon on Sapphire.
2. having all psynergies on golden sun and lta hard mode from beginning.
3. had fun with final fantasy dawn of souls , IV and tactics.

Cons
1. on pokemon sapphire and ruby the hoenn pokemon codes dont seem to work and also seem to spawn bad eggs which have 2 rumors. 1 it just takes up space and can never get rid of it. 2. being if it hatches it will corrupt your game badly. either way it can be annoying if the bad egg accidently deletes a rare pokemon such as rayquaza or latias.
2. when inputting codes or debating which codes to use refrain from using the B button, because it may delete the codes for that game.
3. when it says resets to factory settings it does not mean how you got it with codes installed already but erases every single code for every game on there.

final conclusion 4/5 rating
i find it worth buying it gives you fun and if your careful about what codes you use, and not to push the B button or reset to factory settings you should be ok. Reason why i say that i was typing in a code on my action replay i messed up. Then me pressing the b button out of habit i delete the games codes. i then read in the instruction manual push shoulder buttons + a , b, and start button to reset to factory settings. i should have just retyped the code in but i thought factory setting meant adds all the codes back to when you first got it. I was wrong it deleted the thousands of codes it had. After realizing what had happened i got really frustrated. but when i started adding codes realized it was not as bad as the code adding for the gamesharks. All in all i am happy with my purchase.
but with all products there is that chance it could be faulty. just return it and get another one. but the chance of it breaking small to none.
That is unless you get mad because you deleted the game codes and through a fit and broke it. which is just your fault for not controlling your temper.

I take no responsibility if you purchased an action replay and it was faulty product, broke your game, or any other possible side effect from using this product.

Tight Budget Gaming Reviews post1- the intro

hi my name isnt,
no it isnt,
slimsh... you get the point. (to eminem fans who may get offended i am not making fun of him. besides he has some good songs, back to topic.)
My name is not really important, but what is important is summed up into one word entertainment. Although your way of entertainment may differ from mine if you are reading this blog more then likely your a fan of rpg games. Maybe your not, you might have had a friend send you link to this blog. I will say it once i am a peaceful guy i get along with just about everyone. But there will be people in the future who will say "what kind of blog is this fail." or similar to that. you either came to this thread to flame for attention and will not get a response from me. Maybe a friend sent you a link to my blog. Which you should say dont send me a link to sites like that anymore please. Anyways with that out of the way i will tell you what you will mainly see on this blog. This blog will mainly consist of games both new and old school. i will probably rant/ review on gaming products whether it be games consoles etc... i may not be as organized as game faqs ign and them. but i will guaranty one thing that bribes wont get me to lie fellow gamers just to possibly increase sales of games.

P.S. you may be wondering about this sites rpg havenmania? reason why i called it this is because i am a fan of rpg type games, but i play fps, rts and other game genre as well.
Also i will do review on other but it will only be from an average gamer not those pros who can beat the game in like an hour.
The genre i do best in are as followed.
1. rpg (Final fantasy, star ocean, chrono trigger, paper mario, legend of legaia, etc...)
2. rts ( Command and conquer, starcraft, age of mythology, age of empires, warcraft etc...)
3. fps (first person shooter. ex: halo, MW, etc..)

you can use the amazon search box to find the product if you wish to buy something i reviewed or something you were planning to get.
this will take you to amazon.com site so if your worried i will see your log in info it is safe i assure you.
